Who we are

This website, printchixdesigns.site, is operated by PRINT CHIX DESIGNS, INC., a graphic design, branding and custom printing business. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or contact us about a design or print project, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us: your name and email address when you fill in the project form or email us.
• Project information: what you'd like designed or printed, item types, quantities, sizes, colors and deadlines you choose to share.
• Files and artwork: logos, photos, sketches, text and other materials you send so we can design or print your order.
• Technical data: standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, used to deliver and secure the site.

How we use it

• To reply to your request and discuss your project.
• To create designs, prepare proofs and produce the printed items you order.
• To keep records of approved artwork so repeat orders match earlier ones.
• To keep the website working and protect it from misuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your artwork or files for anything other than your project unless you agree to it in writing.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers we need to run the business, such as our email and website hosting providers, and only to the extent they need it. We may disclose information if required by law.

Cookies and fonts

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google when a page loads.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and project files for as long as needed to complete your project, handle reorders and meet legal or accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing forjobpersik11@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Orders for items intended for children should be placed by a parent or guardian.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
