PRINT CHIX DESIGNS, INC. offers graphic design and branding (logos, layouts, brand identities and visual design) and custom printing and merchandising (printing on apparel such as T-shirts, hoodies and uniforms, promotional merchandise, and print materials such as business cards, flyers, banners and signage). The information on this site describes these services in general terms and is not an offer for a specific price or delivery date.

Requests and orders

Sending the project form or an email is a request, not an order. The scope, price, quantities and timing of each project are agreed with you separately, in writing, before work begins.

Artwork you provide

• You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every logo, image, text and design you send us for printing or adaptation.
• We may decline to reproduce material that appears to infringe trademarks or copyrights, or that is unlawful or offensive.
• You remain responsible for any claims arising from materials you supply.

Proofs and approval

Before printing, we share a proof of the final artwork. Please check spelling, names, dates, sizes and colors carefully. Once you approve a proof, the project is produced as approved, and changes after approval may require a new agreement.

Colors and materials

Colors on screens and on printed items are produced differently, so printed colors can vary slightly from what you see on your display. Results can also vary with the fabric, paper or material chosen.

Ownership of designs

Rights in the designs we create for you are set out in the agreement for your project. Unless that agreement says otherwise, we may keep copies of our working files and use the concept only as agreed with you.

Website content

The text, graphics and layout of this website belong to PRINT CHIX DESIGNS, INC. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, PRINT CHIX DESIGNS, INC. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website.
